Collections in Transition: Impact of eResources on Collection Development and Management (Academic as lead with DSOC, EDU Div, Sci-Tech Div) As library collections move from the print to the electronic world, libraries face new opportunities and challenges that require thinking about critical issues such as how the practice of collection development has evolved in an electronic world. In this session you will learn how libraries are evolving their collection development practices and policies to address the proliferation of electronic books, including making acquisitions based on patron demand.
